The Bathwick Group has spent the past decade building relationships with the IT buying community. In a recessionary climate, it is vital that CIOs and their teams understand which are the strongest vendors to work with and how best to work with those vendors.

In 2008 Bathwick launched The Bathwick Sentiment Indicator Panel as a means by which to take a quarterly ‘pulse’ check of the end user and market influencer communities. Bathwick is able to apply these vital insights into vendor performance analysis as part of the Bathwick Services Index analysis.

Panellists include members of the buying community across all sectors, including the public sector, and market influencers such as City analysts, M&A consultants and investors.

Note that for obvious reasons of impartiality employees of IT service vendor organisations are not eligible to join the Panel.
