Welcome to Bathwick's IT services research

comment

The Bathwick Group publishes the fourth quarterly edition of the BSI

Welcome to the Bathwick Services Index (BSI), our quarterly Index providing a fresh approach to analytical coverage of the European IT services market and industry. Using our rigorous methodology we create a view of suppliers that reflects their current position in the market and their operational performance for their most recently closed quarter. The analysis is refreshed quarterly so that users of the service get relevant and up-to-date analysis.

The main quarterly index remains freely available to our online community but complete access to the guest indices, featuring our forthcoming research on sustainable IT services and on the environmental friendliness of commercial data centre operations, is restricted to Bathwick customers. To find out more about how our guest indices research findings can assist you, and to get more information on how to engage with us, please contact either Katy or Kate directly.

For those of you who don't yet know us very well we have provided short biographies below. We look forward to working with you!
